What is the Loyalty Bonus Program ?
With our Loyalty Bonus Program, we thank you for your loyalty. Regular customers benefit most from our Loyalty Bonus Program, as they accumulate loyalty bonuses through repeated purchases and can have them credited to their orders. For every item purchased and eligible for the Loyalty Bonus, we thank you with a 2% loyalty bonus. The amount of the loyalty bonus is displayed on the product pages.
How can I participate in the loyalty bonus ?
To collect the loyalty bonus, you must register to take advantage of the benefits of a customer account. Either click on the "Customer Login" icon in the top menu or go directly to the "Create Account" registration page. Then fill out the form with your information. Or you can indicate when placing your order that you would like to create a customer account. In both cases, the same information will be requested. You will not need to enter this information again for future orders. Simply register with your email address and password.
Where can I see my loyalty bonus ?
You must be logged in to view your loyalty bonus in your customer account. Your current and available loyalty bonus is displayed as "Your Current Balance" in your customer account. There, you can see how much loyalty bonus you have received and how much is still outstanding. You have the option to be notified about your loyalty bonus. Simply activate "Please send me a short email when my loyalty bonus is available."
How is the loyalty bonus calculated ?
The accumulated loyalty bonus can be redeemed in the shopping cart for a new order. The loyalty bonus will be displayed as a voucher in the shopping cart for settlement. If you want to continue collecting the loyalty bonus, uncheck the Use credit box. If the checkbox remains active, this amount will be deducted at the end of the order process.
Loyalty bonus and discount codes
Entering a discount code will not result in a loyalty bonus. The loyalty bonus will be automatically deactivated.
When does the loyalty bonus expire ?
The loyalty bonus only expires if no further purchases are made within 360 days.
Can the loyalty bonus be cashed out ?
No, the loyalty bonus is only intended for use with one order. The loyalty bonus cannot be transferred to another person.
What happens to the loyalty bonus in the event of returns or cancellations ?
The loyalty bonus will only be automatically credited to your customer account after the cancellation period has expired. For subsequent returns, the loyalty bonus for the returned items will be refunded. In the event of a cancellation, the loyalty bonus will also be revoked.
